Our aim is to spread all over Bangladesh with our items. Courier agencies availability in our country helps to implement our desired goal. Generally we deliver our products through Courier agencies. Customers need to pay the charge for delivering their products. But the delivery charge varies. It depends on several issues like which Courier service you prefer and how many products you want, amount and gross weight of products and your location.
Client will be notified the delivery cost on his order before his product is delivered to the mentioned destination. Delivery cost will be reflected on the shopping cart or payment page if you order via web.  Contact us via Mail/phone/messenger to know more about delivery method and cost.
Our devotion is to deliver products safely in time to your address with inordinate care and authentic condition. Our delivery related issues are:-

1. We don’t take order and deliver product during off days and closed hours.
2. If you order any product after afternoon we will courier it on the next working day.

3. Courier agencies need 24 hours at least to deliver packages to your hand. So we request you to be patient.
4. You will be notified via mail, phone call or message before delivery

5. If you don’t get your product within 7 working days of your order inform us right away.
6. Multiple deliveries cost and order is needed to deliver products in multiple places.
7. In case of “unavoidable casualty” like Act of god, earth quake, civil war, political violence, strikes, natural disasters your order may need extended times to be delivered to your described address.

Return and refund policy

Customersatisfaction is our highest concern. offers 3 days return & refund policy for its respected/ admired clients. Context of these policies are: –

Return grounds/bases-
Damaged product issue: – if your product is spoilt or damaged during delivery.
Product conflict issue: – if delivered product does not match with description or with the one you desire.
Volume issue: – if the quantity of your ordered product is less than you ordered.

We will accept your return based on these facts: –
1. Item need to be returned must be unused, unworn and in fresh condition.
2. Item must be returned with its original packaging.
3. Item must have Money receipt, Order form and other necessary papers.

How to Return problematic product and get new product: –

please provide your order number and detail about the item you want to return with valid reason.

2. After having itemyou returned, we will do essential tests to justify the reasons of your return of the item.
3. After the tests result if the reasons emerge valid to us then we will send you a change and notify you.
4. If reasons appear invalid to us,we will resend the item to your address and you must bear the courier cost in this condition.
4. We will not accept any return request after 3 days of procurement of item.

Refund policies:
1. We refund customer if he/she doesn’t satisfy with the delivered product. The client have to send us the unused product with essential papers and carry courier cost within 3 days to net refund. Used and worn product is not under this criteria.
2. In case of problematic product if we are unable to provide change will get refund.
3. If any customer disagree to receive product at all will get refund. In that case a charge have to be paid by the customer because of the delivery system.
